Hobart CB010 commercial natural gas charbroiler mounted on a rolling equipment stand. This unit shows significant age and heavy use - manufactured in 1980 per the handwritten spec tag (S/N KCE5782) - but Hobart equipment is built to last and this is a serious piece of commercial cooking hardware. This unit shows its age - manufactured in 1980 and clearly has seen decades of commercial kitchen service. The stainless steel exterior is heavily scuffed, scratched, and shows grease buildup on the sides and rear panels. The interior cooking grates display significant rust and carbon buildup. Grill grates and drip trays are stored loosely in the lower stand area and show heavy wear. The original spec plate is missing and has been replaced with a handwritten tag. The control knobs on the upper broiler section appear intact. The rolling stand and casters appear functional.
