DAVID PROGRESS is versatile, sturdy and adapts to your recipes with pre-set cooking settings.

Ideal for cooking any product directly on the cooktop, this oven is a valid alternative to traditional wood ovens. It reaches and constantly maintains temperatures up to 500 °C.

Despite of the great energy, DAVID PROGRESS PIZZA boasts low energy consumption, thanks to our refractory material, a well-insulated door and an inverter system which resets heat dispersion. In addition, there is a system of isolated heating elements which covers the whole chamber and guarantees a uniform cooking with the desired “crunchiness” level. Everything with the minimum energy consumption: about 1,5 Kw for each baking tray.

Modularity allows your oven to grow with your business, indeed you can add one or more chambers to meet your productive needs, even after years.
