Merrychef eikon E4 Description

This Merrychef E4 eikon® high-speed countertop convection oven uses Rapid Cooking Technology® for convection, microwave, and impingement heating to cook product evenly in a short amount of time. Microwave settings are adjustable between 5 and 100 percent in 1-percent increments, while convection fan settings can be altered between 10 and 100 percent. To accommodate various cooking requirements, the convected heat settings range between 212 and 527 degrees Fahrenheit. Its easyTouch® touchscreen user interface lets users modify microwave power settings, program multi-stage cooking profile, and transfer data to a computer with a USB memory stick.

Because its convection fan draws in air from the back of the cavity for heating, the Merrychef eikon E4 convection oven doesn't have a vent, facilitating quiet operation. It measures 23 inches wide by 25.3 inches deep by 23.3 inches high overall and has a 7.4-inch-wide by 12.3-inch-deep cavity, so it can be stored on a countertop to save on kitchen space. The bottom-hinged door lets users access the cabinet fully for swift loading and product retrieval. This unit's exterior and interior are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel to endure high-volume, daily use.
