The Bakers Pride 251 Super Deck pizza oven has an 8-inch-tall deck that can accommodate tall product and thick pizza pies. Employees have control over the top and bottom heat and can turn them on and off separately. Their temperature is adjustable from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit, and the cordierite stone surface stays hot from one load to the next. This porous material also absorbs moisture, creating crispy crusts.

For durability, this Bakers Pride 251 deck oven has an angled iron frame with sturdy legs. Its stainless steel exterior resists scratches, and the exterior will not become hot because the unit is insulated. Keeping heatup even, its slide-out diverters can be checked and replaced if warped. The pilot safety system monitors the pilot in case it goes out, and a manual shut-off valve gives employees control of the gas supply.
