The body is made of sleek, non-corrosive stainless steel and is fully insulated. Combined with an internal aluminum frame that serves to fortify and protect the body of the cabinet, this unit is especially durable and reliable in busy kitchens and with everyday use. The interior features 9 sets of wire universal angles on 4 1/2" centers that adjust on 1 1/2" centers to accommodate a variety of pan sizes. This enables you to customize the holding space to fit your ever-changing needs, from holding small desserts to holding steamy entrees.

For your convenience, the door comes outfitted with a silicone gasket for a tight seal and a magnetic latch that is easy to open, but won't fly open during installation. Plus, the latch is antimicrobial, which helps to protect your kitchen environment against germs. The unit is even designed to prevent wall and equipment damage with its recessed handle. Unlike a protruding handle, this one won't bang into and dent nearby surfaces when the door is hastily thrown open. To make installation and transportation easy, this cabinet also comes equipped with 4 heavy-duty 5" casters to enable mobility and field reversible doors for versatility.
