• The Bakers Pride® model FC-816/Y-800 pizza oven combines our Il Forno Classico oven with the Y-800 oven to add ambiance while doubling the cooking capacity for the ultimate exhibition pizza kitchen.
• The top features a steel-reinforced, arched opening with a visible, open-flame burner to make loading pizzas easy while creating a dining atmosphere.
• This series is constructed with a heavy-duty, .25" angle iron frame, which is fully welded to allow for stacking.
• Oven exteriors are all heavy-duty, stainless steel and are fully insulated for cooler outer temperatures and consistent interior temperatures
