Both the donut robot and cart filtration system have been tested to verify they are working well. The donut robot has some carbonized grease towards the paddle which is normal with these systems. It is equipped with the mini-donut hopper. The electrical connections for the donut machine show some damage on the locking mechanism but still connect and work well. Some grease is present consistent with the machine being a used fryer.

All safety interlocks on the cart function as directed, the fan sounds good. We recommend replacing the filters upon purchase as some of the activated carbon to reduce the smell degrades with time. The cart has a Pyro-Chem fire suppression system built in. It is showing as fully charged. We are unaware of it's last hydrostatic test date, but if desired the fire suppression system can be serviced before sale with a fresh cylinder inspection and a semi-annual inspection issued by a Massachusetts based company. The cart is pretty clean overall with some minor grease around the filter setup. The sneeze guard for this cart has been removed. There are some small scratches, dents, and delaminations in the linoleum. 

This setup runs on standard 110-120V electricity. A 20A plug is required, which is standard in most commercial installations but may not fit some household outlets. Just one plug is required for the robot and filtration system.
